International transactions may involve independent buyers, sellers, mandates, brokers, financial institutions, inspection companies, terminals, tank farms, logistics providers, shipping companies, professional advisers and other third parties.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, such parties are independent from ETM Global, MNV Group Ltd and Dextar Energy & Services LTD.
ETM Global does not control and cannot guarantee the acts, omissions, representations, performance or continued availability of independent third parties.
6. No Guarantee of Transaction Completion
Transaction management, coordination, negotiation support, due diligence, verification, execution oversight or on-site representation does not guarantee that a proposed transaction will proceed or successfully complete.
Transactions may be affected by commercial decisions, counterparty performance, financing, banking requirements, logistics, product availability, inspections, regulatory matters, sanctions, force majeure or other circumstances outside ETM Global’s reasonable control.
